Well back on track as of last week.
Currently I weigh 85.6kg which is bad but not because last week I was 88kg. That is shocking to say the least. I knew it was Xmas but I ate so so much until my belly hurt everyday.
Anyway I have drawn a line and happy to say I am back on track. So weigh in done on Sunday and at 85.6kg, so I need to lose 1.8kg more to get back to my smallest weight of 83.8kg.
Have been doing my exercise and foolishly on the spur of the moment to keep me motivated entered myself into a Half Marathon (21.1km) at the end of March, but realistically I don't think I can do it. If it was say September, I would say yes but March is not that far away and am now worried. I'm just going to carry on and re-assess mid February to see what the situation is. I know it would probably be much easier to run if I lost at least another 5-7kg beforehand.
My mission for the next few weeks is to lose as much weight as I can rather than fully concentrating on the exercise (although these come in hand in hand when a diet is concerned!)I know things will be much easier when I have less lard to move with me!
I have also got on the Twitter bandwagon. Am following a lot of people in the same boat as me and vice versa, so we have a wee support group going.

Just uploaded my weight loss stats from last year when I started back in January 2010. These are from my Weight Watchers Scales and uploaded onto the computer so they are accurate and from the same set of scales.
