Well I am back. Its been over 3 weeks i think since I last blogged.
Long story short. Last weigh in before holiday was 85.4kg. 2 weeks later and 1st weigh in at Weight Watchers after holiday....88kg. O.M.G!!! 2.6kg gained in 2 weeks.
Could not believe it at the time. Of course I knew I was going to put on weight whilst on holiday. I didnt follow any diet, and really ate everything. We had huge meals with 2nd & 3rd helpings. But, honestly I was expecting maybe a 1.5 kg gain but this was more than I expected.
So I had to knuckle down for the first week back and it worked. I lost 1.6kg at Tuesday's weigh in, so only 1kg to get me back to pre holiday weight. That was a good loss, and I even had Thai for dinner one night and Pizza Hut the next.
First week back at the gym and it has been really heavy as I hadnt been to the gym for close to 3 weeks. Managed to go Mon, Tues & Friday - doing 5kms each time so happy with that.
Really trying hard this week so we will see how it goes on Tuesday, but I cant stop myself snacking...hopefully the gym sessions counteract it.
So as it stands I weigh 86.4kg and hoping to be less than that by next weigh in!
