Well I know I have been really slack. After my midweek fail, I was ready to give up. But the next day I just carried on as usual hoping that my weigh in on Sunday wouldn't be too badly affected.
Well I weighed in today at 96.7KG which is a 600g loss. I will take that as I am pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a gain. The amount of food I ate in my binge last week was terrible.

Since I started I have lost an average of 1.54 kg a week. I am happy about that, hopefully these slow losses will make me keep it off this time.
Back on track for tomorrow. I have had my 'fat day' today where I usually allow a treat - today was a Pizza OH bought back from work last night.
Hopefully back at the gym tomorrow after the Nursery Run. Just want to do 5km walk/jog on treadmill - after that I am usually 'Back in the Zone'
I'm going to be really serious this week. I want to be at least 94.9kg by Sunday which means a loss of 1.8KG - Bring it On!!!!
