Weigh in Day again.

Great week. A 1.2kg loss taking me to 88.8 which I am rapt about. I'm no longer in the 90's. Hope to keep it that way too!

Will add to this when I get home, got to do the school run then birthday party after.

Hello!

So I haven't blogged since Tuesday, I'm so bad - everyday I make a mental note in my head to go and blog but never get round to it, so here I am on Sunday morning.

Well I have been so used to weighing in a Sunday, I couldn't resist. You guys know me! So I weighed in. It said 89.4kg. Really happy, I'm under 90kg and officially in the 80's! Dilemma is now, should I log it or wait to Tuesday for official weigh in.

I think I will wait to Tuesday, as today I weigh naked (everything counts!) but when I weigh Tuesday I always have my gym gear on so it will be more consistent and plus I have 1 day and half to be good some more!!!

Just seeing the 89.4 on the scales this morning has been motivation for me. I'm going to be extra good until Tuesday. I don't think I have been in the 80's since before I was pregnant with Luca.

Well the week been I have been to the Gym, Mon,Wed & Fri. Back again tomorrow for last chance workout before weigh in.

Cravings are still my problem at the moment as well as picking - picking at the kids food even though I'm not really hungry. Geez its so tough sometimes.

Made a real yummo 0 point soup last night - you have to try it sometime. Great when your really trying to be good as it has 0 calories and you can eat as much as you like (garlic bread would be perfect with it but that defeats the purpose-ha)
Roast in the oven with a spray of Olive Oil 1 Butternut Squash & a large Red pepper.
Brown in a fry pan with a spray of olive oil half an onion & 2 cloves of garlic, add pepper & squash to the onions & garlic when ready and then top up with chicken stock to suit the thickness of the soup you prefer. I love my soup thick rather than watery, it makes me think I'm eating something substantial. After you have added the stock, I blend the whole lot in the blender - and Bob's your uncle!
Add salt & black pepper to serve.
These portions gave me enough for dinner last night and enough for Lunch today.
Well I promise to make an effort to write more regularly - dont give up on me, I'm still here trying my best.
Ciao xx

Weigh in Day

Well it's the start of Weigh in Tuesdays and have had a good start.

After the Sunday where I weighed in at 90.0kg - the week where it was a 2.6kg loss, I knew it cant have been right.
2 days later I weighed in at WW and recorded 91.0kg which would have been a 1.6kg loss which seemed much realistic.

Well today I weighed in at 90.0kg exactly which would have been a 1 kg loss since last Tuesday. I am really pleased with that. The elusive 89.9kg just doesn't want to show on the scales! But saying that I had a couple of naughty days, so cant complain.

I will make it my mission this week to 100% to get into the '80's'

Made it to the Gym today and did my 5km's 34.36mins which is 5secs slower than Sunday but not bothered bout that. Just happy I did it!
Off the gym tomorrow morning again and then rest day on Thursday.

We are having Tuna Steaks for dinner tomorrow night. I can't wait, its a long time since I had it!!!

Thats it for now. Will write again tomorrow!
Ciao

Race Day

Well Race Day/Fathers Day had arrived and I was highly motivated to do this run in memory of Dad.

Happy to say I completed the 5km in 34 mins 31 secs, my best time since I started this whole weight loss journey. It was a great day and loved being there.
I managed to start at a steady pace and continued the whole course without stopping only to crank up to the next level with about 500metres to go.

Although I was knackered at the end of the race, I could have continued for 2 or 3 kms, so I'm thinking about entering a 10km run in November/December if there is one to do. Would need a couple of months prep as I think I could do 7kms no probs but any more maybe a bit difficult. We'll see how it goes.

Treated myself to a skiiny capp at Starbucks after - was great!

Well I didnt weigh in today, as I am weighing in on a Tuesday now,so will definitely update on Tuesday with results.

Bye for now

Ho Hum

So I knew the weigh in on Sunday was too good to be true. Went along to WW on Tuesday and weighed in at 91.0kg which is still over a 1kg loss.

I have now decided to change my weigh in day officially to a Tuesday as usually I weigh in on a Sunday but also go along to WW now on a Tuesday. Its at the gym i go to, so will probably stick to that weigh in if possible. So this weeks weigh in wont be until Tuesday 7 Sept, which is good for me as I have had a really bad couple of days.

Binge eating alot, and really have no motivation to do so. I think its boredom, although I do have a lot to do. I am back on track today, and will start writing down everything (again....) Hopefully I can pull through!

Fun run on Sunday, looking forward to it. Supposed to be 24 degrees so hopefully it doesnt get too hot! Have to look for some new songs for the ipod before then.

Off to take DD swimming now. She is so excited! I can't wait either to we finished and I can get a Skinny Capp from Starbucks............
