Hello! I'm back and ready to blog again....
Since March, I completed my Half Marathon in a time of 2:32:06 which I was happy with as it was my first and had no time to compare to. Also, I had never ran that sort of distance EVER.
I now have another Half Marathon booked for 09 October 2011 - The Royal Parks Half Marathon and I still haven't meet my weight loss goals I have set and now is the perfect time to get there.
I'm following Weight Watchers Pro Points plan at present, so will be recording what I am eating daily with the relevant Pro Points so I can track religiously this time.
I am allowed 29 Pro Points a day & also 49 Weekly Pro Points to be used for treats, meals out etc.
I will be adding to the blog daily from now on.

Breakfast
Nescafe Skinny Cappuccino - 1 PP
2 Slices WW Danish Bread - 3 PP
30g Strawberry Jam - 2 PP
Lunch
Nakd Cocoa Delight Bar - 4pp
Dinner
Baked Salmon 100g - 6PP
Green Beans, Carrot, Peas & Sweetcorn Mixed Veg 160g - 2PP
Warburtons Sandwich Thins (Toasted) - 3PP
with Colmans Creamy Garlic & Herb dressing - 2PP
Snacks
Mozzarella 15g - 1PP (making kids lunch - couldnt resist a taste!)
Espresso with 1 Sugar - 1PP (at the park and forgot my sweetener)
Coffee - 0PP
WW Lemon & Currant Cookies x2 - 2PP
