Sunday weigh in today and I'm 83.8kg. A loss of just 200gms. Usually I would be dead gutted but I'm okay with it. It's a loss and for this time of year with so many goodies lurking around and on offer - I will take the 200gms off! Plus the pizza I ate at midnight probably didnt help either....

Just found out yesterday the Creche at my gym is closed until 4th Jan, so I will have to be extra good or actually tried to go for a run outdoors (snow permitting!)

Going for a run at my local park will be more appealing because I just bought (waiting for it to be delivered) myself a Garmin Forerunner 110 which is a GPS watch that you can use and it will track your distance/map of your run/ your running pace/beeps when you have run a km - lots of features and it will be a good investment especially when I return to NZ and go for a run back home.

Off to the gym today so hopefully I manage at lest 5km but would love to do 7.5km.

I wish I could push myself further to do more than 5km but for some reason I can't. This is my goal for the new year.

No weigh in tomorrow


Blessing in disguise really!

I have a Dr's Appt tomorrow the same time I usually weigh in - and I have to take the appt as getting an appt to see the Dr is like hens teeth at the moment!!!

Just checked my WW scales at home and the battery has died (one of those circle ones) so have ordered one from Ebay so it should be here on Wednesday and I will only weigh myself on those 2 scales as others are not so accurate.

So my next weigh in day will be Sunday 19 December and then every Sunday after as I will be doing it alone again from now on. The only extra weigh in will be on Xmas Eve to see if I have made my goal.

Well as above I stayed the same this week but I am happy with that. I never put on and last week I did no exercise at all due to the Snow and the kids being poorly.

So I had been stuck inside all week and eating pretty much, it was probably a good thing that I was a little sick over the weekend because I had no appetite and if I hadn't been sick I would have definitely put on!

Today was first day back at gym. Did a 5km run. I really struggled as I have a dry cough and have a croaky voice at the moment. Was tempted to stop at the 2km mark but carried on. Proud of myself that I did though. Its amazing the buzz or the 'high' you get after you have finished a run. Makes me want to be good and I'm looking forward to tomorrows exercise!

So my goal of being 75kg at Xmas is just laughable now and unrealistic, so here is my new goal of 81.5kg on Christmas Day. I will weigh myself on Christmas Day morning before the pig out!

So I officially finish at Weight Watchers on 18 Dec. I have decided to stop again and carry on again by myself and start my weigh in days again on a Sunday. I can't afford to be spending £20 monthly on WW & £20 monthly for the Gym and I would rather keep my gym membership. So next week will be my last WW weigh in and then will continue on Sundays again. I'm sure I will do it again by myself. Onwards & Upwards...
