Just found out yesterday the Creche at my gym is closed until 4th Jan, so I will have to be extra good or actually tried to go for a run outdoors (snow permitting!)
Going for a run at my local park will be more appealing because I just bought (waiting for it to be delivered) myself a Garmin Forerunner 110 which is a GPS watch that you can use and it will track your distance/map of your run/ your running pace/beeps when you have run a km - lots of features and it will be a good investment especially when I return to NZ and go for a run back home.

Off to the gym today so hopefully I manage at lest 5km but would love to do 7.5km.
