Had a good week last week since I had a terrible one the week before! Went to the gym 4 times and was reasonably good with my eating. Keep thinking the loss could have been greater but I was making up for all the naughtiness!

I am happy with the result and has got me back into motivation mode even with the weather outside being very cold. Hope i can keep it up this week!

As it says above, I failed miserably this week. No motivation last week at all and I ate to my hearts content. Not really but I did eat a lot....and I mean A LOT. Didnt make it to the gym as the kids both had bad colds.

To be honest I was scared to go to weigh in because I knew I had put on and if I saw that I had I would have thought bugger it!!!!

But on a postive note, I started fresh on Monday and so far so good!

Made it to the gym on Monday - 5km & Tuesday - 5km. It felt hard but I felt so much better for it afterwards and just what I needed to perk myself up. Its getting really cold here and motivation levels are dipping.

Will def be weighing this Tuesday because I am being super duper good this week. So wait & see.......... No gym today (Wed) but hopefully planning to go tomorrow although the forecast is snow.... Ciao xx

Weigh in this week was great. Wasn't expecting that much of a loss to be honest. So now I am under my pre-holiday weight of 85.4kg. Just the motivation I needed to keep going this week.............except Tuesday and Wednesday I have had major binges! I know why too, just at home alone and I'm bored. I need to keep occupied so will be clawing back for the rest of the week.

I have decided to that I will update my blog once a week on a Tuesday to report my weight loss...or gains and I will definitely do it.

Back on Track after holiday.......

Well I am back. Its been over 3 weeks i think since I last blogged.

Long story short. Last weigh in before holiday was 85.4kg. 2 weeks later and 1st weigh in at Weight Watchers after holiday....88kg. O.M.G!!! 2.6kg gained in 2 weeks.

Could not believe it at the time. Of course I knew I was going to put on weight whilst on holiday. I didnt follow any diet, and really ate everything. We had huge meals with 2nd & 3rd helpings. But, honestly I was expecting maybe a 1.5 kg gain but this was more than I expected.

So I had to knuckle down for the first week back and it worked. I lost 1.6kg at Tuesday's weigh in, so only 1kg to get me back to pre holiday weight. That was a good loss, and I even had Thai for dinner one night and Pizza Hut the next.

First week back at the gym and it has been really heavy as I hadnt been to the gym for close to 3 weeks. Managed to go Mon, Tues & Friday - doing 5kms each time so happy with that.

Really trying hard this week so we will see how it goes on Tuesday, but I cant stop myself snacking...hopefully the gym sessions counteract it.

So as it stands I weigh 86.4kg and hoping to be less than that by next weigh in!
