Well today I weigh 94.9kg. So that's 600 grams off since last week which I am NOT happy about.
Last week, I done 3 Gym sessions jogging 2.5k, 5k & 5k and I get a crummy 600 grams off???
I had a treat or 2 but no binges or anything. Hopefully the results will show next week, cos its weigh ins like these that put you off. I put in some hard work last week and this is the result to show??? GGGRRRR.
Yeah, yeah its still a loss. Loss Schmoss.
Oh well, I have to get over it and move on. Today is usually a treat day but not today. I'm starting the week as I mean to go on. I am also going to write down what I have eaten this week (even if it is a bite of sandwich) cos everything counts.
So today I have had
Regular Skinny Cappucino from Caffe Nero
1 Pork Steak (Marinated in Olive Oil, Honey & Garlic)
1 portion of New Potatoes
1 Portion of Tomatoes with Olive Oil & Basil
1 Small piece of Crusty Bread
1 Milk Bottle Sweet
1 Bowl of Frosties(Cornflakes) with Skimmed Milk
1 Coffee with Skimmed Milk & Sweetener
1 Caramel Snack a Jack
That's it for today.
Tomorrow we are off to the Gym at 10am for another 5km run!
