Well today is the usual treat day after weigh and we are off to a birthday today and they are having a buffet. I must be careful and not get carried away.
I bought myself a miniature of Captain Morgan Rum yesterday and said to myself if I have a loss this week I can have a Rum and Coke. So when I get home from the do will have a nice Rum and coke with Ice. Yum...I will write some more when I get home but just wanted to log my weigh in results. Here's to another week.
